For parents, the Parents Lifeline of Eastern Ontario is continuing their services including a help line 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday. Here is the link to their website: https://www.pleo.on.ca/
The Walk In Counselling Clinic has changes to their services and it is suggested that students and families contact the centre closest to them directly. Here is a link to their website: https://walkincounselling.com/
Local Community Resource or Health Centre
It appears that Centretown Community Health Centre who offers counselling to families in the Centretown area is currently only offering essential services. Here is the link to their website: https://www.centretownchc.org/contact-cchc/
They can locate their local community resource centre here if they do not live by the school. However, most services are essential only, and require parents to call in first before anything will happen.
